Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Each order is custom made and we ask 3-5 business days to complete the manufacturing plus the shipping option purchased. Some commonly ordered items will be available on-hand and will be shipped the same day.
Q: Can you change the size to a specific measurement?
A: Yes, if provided with the exact measurements needed, we are able to adjust any products size.
Q: What type of yarn do you use?
A: All products can be made with your choice of material. Acrylic yarn is the most common and least expensive. Cotton, Bamboo and Wool can be custom ordered. You are able to choose the type of material at purchase.
Q: Can the items be washed?
A: Every item comes with care instructions. The care required depends on the item purchased. All items can be cleaned but not all can be put in the washing machine. The Scarf Pets. Cardigans and Blankets can all be put in the washing machine. All of the hats are suggested to be handwash only. The custom-made characters are suggested to be surface cleaned only.
